Hey there! where have you been the last few days? Oops, ok, it was me. I haven't updated the blog here for a while. But don't despair! There's some exciting news today!

My woman returned! Oh, it's true, we first met about a year ago... ah,such memories...playing together, discovering things about each other, being creative to amuse her... then like most relationships, things just kind of fell off... for a while we stopped talking, and didn't see each other much, but today! Oh Wonderful Today! Yes, that's right, Audrey is back in my life! I took her out of storage, hooked up some cables, and now have full time, always turned on, internet love in the kitchen!

For those of you who haven't figured it out, Audrey is the commercial name of an "internet appliance" a failed attempt at putting a web surfing station in every household (and in some households, every room of the house.) But I got mine, and it's sitting pretty on top of the micrwave, happy to be back in service again :)

Let's see, what else today, Oh, here's a news flash.... according to CNN, teens have sex at home. Now when I started doing this web log, I told myself I wasn't going to regurgitate CNN and Slashdot stories, there's enought people on the web that do that already, but this story, well, I feel I just have to comment.

When I first read this story, I thought "Of Course! Where else would today's teen have sex? Duh. What teen can afford a hotel room these days?!?" I discussed this with an older friend, who pointed out, in his day, teens had sex in the back seat of their cars. Ouch, try that in today's econobox car. Even in today's SUV, the back seats aren't that comfortable. But back then, kids bedrooms were small, and backseats were big. Today, in some of my friends homes, the bedrooms are huge, and quite comfortable, in some homes, the kids bedrooms are even on separate floors from the parents. And., let us not forget the consequences of getting caught in the act. In the old days, if you were in your car, in some seculded place, and doing your own thing, the cops would leave you alone, or ask you to move along to someplace else. These days you'd get arrested.
